Herblock Exhibt: Herbert Block Cartoons on Display at Library of Congress
This editorial cartoon depicts President Ronald Reagan and counselor Edwin Meese riding in a limo, looking out the window at the poor and homeless sleeping on grates as they make an insensitive comment on their plight. "Strange how some choose to live like that instead of choosing to be rich like us," the drawing reads. (Feb. 2, 1984)
