OK, call me an elitist but this is disturbing: Bush's Chief Advisor, Karl Rove has already said it:
"As people do better, they start voting like Republicans ...unless they have too much education and vote Democratic, which proves there can be too much of a good thing."
Below is a chart that clearly indicates how stupid Republicans are compared to Democrats.

Karl Rove has specifically targeted the least educated, knuckle dragging, bigots because they are easier to lie to. He took Abraham Lincoln's following warning as advice:

"Corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed." -- Abraham Lincoln, Nov. 21, 1864 (U.S. President 1861-65)
