The question we must ask: Is Bush the Law, and can he break any Federal
or international Law just because he is President? Well, his Attorney
General Gonzalas states that is indeed the case and it is obvious that
this Administration has acted upon that very premise.
We must understand that we are not fighting a mere political battle against
a political party, we are fighting something far more insidious, we are
fighting a Fascist mindset and agenda at work within this government! We are
fighting against traitors who seek to undermine this country and the
government to promote their own agendas and national socialist political
philosophy.
Although it would be easy to ignore, and most people would prefer to ignore
facts, but we are in a battle for the future of this nation, the future of
Our Freedom, Liberty, the future of the Bill of Rights. This is not merely a
political battle that is being thrust upon this nation, it is a real battle
and it's outcome will determine the future of this People's Liberty.
In 2004, the former Attorney General Ashcroft requested an extremely
detailed Memorandum Opinion entitled "WHETHER THE SECOND AMENDMENT SECURES
AN INDIVIDUAL RIGHT". It is obvious that the then Attorney General wanted to
know if indeed an individual had the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, or could
the wording of the Constitution be narrowly interpreted to restrict the
meaning to a Right of the State, or State Militias to keep and bear arms,
not individual citizens. What would possibly be the purpose of such an
inquiry? The answer is obvious, the intent and agenda of this Administration
was to disarm the citizens of this nation. Unfortunately for them, the
Opinion Memorandum did not provide Ashcroft with the legal answer he so
desperately desired!
We have a President who believes and acts as though he is above the
Constitution, above the Law and above the People. He has surrounded himself
to those who, for lack of a better word, are Fascist or otherwise known as
Neo-Conservative National Socialists with an Imperialistic agenda. They have
demonstrated that their Political and Moral Values are not only far removed
from what is commonly considered Constitutional, but that they are willing
to totally break all Constitutional boundaries to enhance their position,
their authority and power over this and other nations. It is clear from the
demeanor, attitude and actions of this President that we have someone at the
helm whose idea of the Presidential Office is perverted, to say the least.
It appears that under the smoke-screen of Terrorism, this government has
taken that opportunity to implement a political project intent on nullifying
the Bill of Rights specifically, and eviscerating, as a general course of
order, the Constitution. The Bush Administration has justified it's actions
based on the War on Terror, a justification which is very similar, and in
many cases using identical wording, to the justifications used by none other
than Adolf Hitler in his Putsch:
"An evil exists that threatens every man, woman, and child of this great
nation, we must take steps to ensure our domestic security and protect our
Homeland"
...sounds just like Bush, doesn't it?
So, here we have a President who has, in his usurpation of power, condoned
the use of torture, can nullified the Citizen's Right of Habeas Corpus upon
declaration, spies upon Citizens without warrant, allows secret kidnapping
and imprisonment of "suspects", wages war without direct Congressional
Declaration. In addition, he seeks even greater powers through intolerable
legislative bills as the Patriot Act I & II, through the implementation of
the Department of Homeland Security, the TSA and FEMA, all of which are to
be Militarized if Bush has his way.
It is almost as though President Bush had Joseph Goebbels writing his
speeches and Party Propaganda for him to defend his claim of having
extraordinary or should I say: extra-constitutional powers in order to
defend the country during this War on Terrorism. In essence, there is
absolutely no difference between the claims and actions of President Bush
and those of Adolf Hitler in his violations of both the Laws of the Land and
international laws.
Pre-Hitler Germany enjoyed many of the same Liberties and Protected Freedoms
as the U.S., but because of the threat of terrorism, Hitler was able to
raise the level of fear in the hearts and minds of the German People so they
surrendered their Rights and Liberty to him on a legislative platter. We
must not make the same mistakes that the German People made in the 1930s, we
must use every weapon available to us in this illegal and unjust War waged
upon Our Liberty. We must remember that it is all too easy for Legislation
passed in a response to an emergency to become the permanent and guiding Law
of the Land. Many times it is must easier to pass such a Law in a time of
fear than it is to repeal it in a time of reason and rationality.
This Governmental Seizure of Power threatens the very fabric of Our Society,
yet few seem to be raising a voice of alarm or disgust on a national level.
This may be viewed as an overreaction however, considering the minds of men
in power, I don't think it is overreacting in the least. We are fortunate in
that We, the People of this nation have ample time to prepare for all
eventualities and I sincerely suggest we do just that.
